*All New Patients to our office must successfully attend a New Patient Exam.

New Patient Exam includes any necessary x-rays and full evaluation by Dr. Santana.

All veterans deemed “pre-approved” are done so by the appropriate state’s Veterans Affairs office.

All services covered by this program must be approved by the appropriate state’s VA office before time of service.
