*New Patients must not be part of your own immediate family and patients must succesfully attend New Patient Exam. New Patient Exam includes any necessary x-rays and full evaluation by Dr. Santana. All "Appreciation" certificates are provided to referring party at the end of each month. Certificates will be issued once both New Patients have had their New Patient Exams.
